PLENTIFUL HARVEST
Harvest Moon captures the magic of a full moon night. The harvest moon is celebrated in many cultures. Sandman’s composition is a manifest of a sacred moon night. On this background image the moon is embraced by clouds. If you ever watched the moon in such a night you know about the fast movements changing the face of the moon in just minutes.
The frame of this artwork is made of wood with a midnight blue spray finish, paired with a sandblend resembling the same colour tones with some bright golden glitters added.
Use this sand art vertical or upright to achieve different kind of results. This size comes with an extra table mount to use it on a table.
RELAXING AND EXCITING
Moving sand art has a kind of magic, enchanting young and old alike.
That magic is caused by the curvy and slow movement of the sands on their way down to bottom. From brain research we know that certain kind of movements can sooth us. Like watching a fire or a waterfall. Those are the kind of movements sending the signal no danger here. They produce alpha waves in our brain, causing a calm and concentrated state of mind.
Using sand art for soothing and relaxing is the simplest kind of meditation. And it works without learning any techniques: turn the picture, watch and relax.
You will turn it again and again, just because you are curious about how the next sand formation will look alike.
