Rico Kuratli, Sand-Friend, 1959 – 2011
On February 28, 1988 I wrote my invoice Nยฐ 1 and with that opened the doors of my company. Rico loved and understood sand art like no other one. with his curageous mission roaming the east part of Switzerland with a box filled with KB’s sandpictures in his car – selling them on street markets, in restaurants and his own second-hand store he was the one who helped me surviving the first year in business.
We became close friends and helped each other with small things which were within our modest abilities.
Thank you very much Rico for being there and my deepest respect to a man with straight character!
